Be bold, brave and fearless chasing your dreams

Hi dear friends. It's Aleksandra from Papermade Fairytale with you today... at least with everyone that hasn't gone to CHA. loool. I have some fresh inspiration for you today over on 7 kids challenge blog with gorgeous Prima Marketing Zella Teal collection and some Finnabair mediums. Hope you'll love it!

I've made two beautiful tags. For the background I used beautiful black paper from Rose Quartz collection and for the bottom two paper layers 6x6 Paintables from Salvage District collection that I colored with Lindy's gang sprays. I've colored wings and added some Gold Finnabair wax on top of it. Some of the Prima and Finnabair products are still available in lovely 7 kids crafting supply store, so be sure to check out the Prima&Finnabair section.

Thank you for stopping by and have a great weekend!
Hugs, Aleksandra

Here I Am

Happy Friday, crafty friends! Cynthia here to share a simple but colorful Bible Journaling page. My goal this year is to continue my journey into Bible Journaling and spend more time with God's Word. I'm a newbie but I am enjoying playing in my Bible. :)

I prepped my page using clear Gesso and decided to try out my new light box by printing out "HERE I AM" using Google Docs and placing this page in between the Bible and the light box. I traced the letters with a pencil and then used masking fluid on them. I watercolored Distress Ink over the letters and dried the page with my heat gun. A little rubbing on the masked letters and the masking fluid came right off! I traced over the letter outlines with journaling pens and the page is done!

Rainbows and sunshine

Amy here with my weekly 7 Kids Your Crafting Supply Store card creation. For today's card I couldn't help but ink up another one of the new Whimsy fairies. This beauty is called Fairy Wishes and with that fun pose I could just envision her flying through the air. This lead to me getting a bit carried away with the background scene. The inspiration came from the scenery around my home, minus our current snow. First came the mountains, then the lake and trees. Then when I came across this great sentiment I had to finish the whole thing off with a magic rainbow. I love how high in the sky it looks like she has flown.

Alrighty, well there is still plenty of time to make a card for the January 'anything goes' challenge. With Kelly heading to Creativation this week there will be loads of new goodies to spend that $20 gift certificate on!

Roberto's Rascals Puppy Power

Happy Monday, everyone! It's Joni here, with my card that I created for this month's Anything Goes Challenge, using C.C. Designs' new Roberto's Rascals Puppy Power set:

This cutie is one of six pups in this set - that's a whole lot of cuteness going on!

I colored up the sleepy little girl with Copics, then used the Puppy Power Metal Die for an easy flawless cut. I placed her on an angled C.C. Designs Diamond Metal Die, then used a sentiment from the C.C. Designs Meoples Sweet Valentine Set to finish off her little pleasant dream.
You can find all of the products at the 7 Kids Craft Store by clicking on all the links above. The new release from C.C. Designs are so wonderful for upcoming Valentine's cards!

Have a wonderful day everyone, thank you for stopping by the blog. Happy crafting to you!

Thinking of you

Amy here with my Tuesday post for 7 Kids Your Crafting Supply Store. With the new year comes new stamp releases from all the awesome companies that 7 Kids carries. Among those is the new batch from Whimsy Stamps and they have some fairies that I am just head over heels excited about! If you've been in the stamping game for a while you may remember seeing some of these cuties from the now retired Sugar Nellie store. Their Fairy Glenn range was always a favorite of mine so I was very sad when they closed. But now the fairies have found a new home and they are better than ever! It was hard to choose which of the three to ink up first but ultimately Flower Fairy won the day. She's just so cute with her bobbed hair and that sweet, shy pose... such a doll! I had so much fun coloring her up to match this pretty floral paper from my stash and I gotta tell you the spring time feel of this card definitely has me wishing that these cold, wet winter days would soon come to an end.  :)

Alrighty then, the December challenge just came to an end and tomorrow we will be kicking off the last challenge to be hosted here on the blog. After January it will be moving permanently to our 7 Kids Customers Create Facebook page. So be sure to get crafty and enter for a chance to win the $20 gift certificate!

Monday with Puppy Power!

Happy Monday, everyone!
It's Joni here, and I hope your weekend went well.
It's still rather cold out - which makes getting out of bed even harder!

To help start off the week, I thought we could use some Puppy Power,
the latest release from C.C. Designs:

Isn't he the sweetest? He is one of six puppies from this set,
and they are equally adorable:

I colored him up with Copics
then paired him with two of C.C. Designs Tags Galore Metal Die:

You can find all of the January Release from C.C. Designs
right here at the 7 Kids Shop.

Wishing you tons of Puppy Power on this Monday!

The 7 Kids DREAM Design Team!

Happy Sunday everyone! As we continue to grow, we are making some changes in the New Year. One of those changes includes adding more designers to our DREAM Design Team. Because social media options continue to grow, we have decided to add a FACEBOOK Team to join the 7 Kids Designers! You will see these 3 ladies posting twice a week on our 7 Kids Customers Create Facebook Page and on Instagram. We hope they will inspire you as much as they inspire all of us!

Jammie Clark
I’m Jammie and I live in Idaho with my Hubby of 12 years, our son, and our 2 fur babies.  I enjoy coloring pretty much anything I can get my hands on, reading, and drinking coffee, lots of coffee.  I know, sounds pretty dull, but it’s a glorious life.  I have been crafting since about 2012, but only really got into copic coloring about three years ago, and just fell in love with pencil coloring a few months ago. I can tell you I’m obsessed with all things Disney, Harry Potter, and my planner!!! I have a lot of random and useless college degrees and certificates that collect dust, none of which have anything to do with art. In fact, I used to sit outside the art room and cry because I didn’t even wanna go in there! Yeah, that’s me in a nutshell.

Meg Russell
Meg_pic Hi everyone! I'm Meg and I blog over at Twelve Inky Pawprints 12inkypawprints.blogspot.com. I've been paper crafting for over 20 years now, but am always finding something new that I love about it. I enjoy creating in lots of different genres, colors, and using quite varied techniques. I'm honored and delighted to be joining the 7 Kids team! Can’t wait to share with y’all and see all your makes on our FB group!!

Rachel Parys

My name is Rachel Parys, and I am so excited to be here at 7 Kids!!!I have been a hardcore card maker for about 7 years now, and have enough stamps, dies and paper to survive a zombie apocalypse! I love my Copic markers!!!! (we are in a very committed relationship). I can’t wait to see everyone’s projects using the awesome products from the 7 Kids store!!!

 *****
We also want to say a HUGE Thank You to our current team of ladies for sticking with us into the New Year! They have been a tremendous asset to the success of 7 Kids in our first year of business! We can't thank them enough for their wonderful support and loyalty!
